The 36th European Symposium on Computer Aided Process Engineering (ESCAPE36)

ESCAPE-36 Conference

📅 June 21–24, 2026
📍 University of Sheffield, Sheffield, UK

ProSafe was represented at the 36th European Symposium on Computer Aided Process Engineering (ESCAPE-36), where our Doctoral Candidates shared their latest research with the international process systems engineering community.

DC02 Niklas Groll delivered an oral presentation entitled "Designing a Load-Flexible Renewable Ammonia Plant for Variable Green Hydrogen Supply."

DC04 Jingkang Liang presented a poster, "A Large Language Model Enhanced Fault Diagnosis Framework for Chemical Processes," and also gave an oral presentation, "Can Large Language Models Support Safety-Critical Tasks in Chemical Engineering? An Educational Application of LLM-Based HAZOP Studies."

The conference provided an excellent platform to exchange ideas, discuss emerging research in process systems engineering, and strengthen connections with researchers from academia and industry.
