We are pleased to announce that our Doctoral Candidate, Robson Wilson Silva Pessoa, recently presented his work at the MaCKiE 2025 conference in Turkey. Robson presented research on “ADVANCED POWER LAW MODELING OF BIO-BASED DRYING KINETICS.” His presentation led to valuable discussions with researchers, advancing the understanding of the validity of Boltzmann–Gibbs entropy in drying systems.
